Conference Rates

Room rate: $110 per night including all taxes

  • Rooms with two beds and up to two people
  • Each additional person = $10 plus taxes.
  • Conference rates end October 6, 2025.

 

Reservations cancelled after 48 hours prior to the day of arrival may be charged one night plus tax.

Book by 4:00 pm Eastern Time  Monday, October 6 at Greenbo  to receive our Conference rates!


To book your room at KSA rates:

  • Before 4 Eastern time, call (606) 473-7324.
  • Press 1 for reservations.
  • Provide the reservation staff with the KSA block booking code 3660, or say you are with Kentucky storytellers.
  • Guarantee your reservation with a major credit card.
  • DO NOT use the online KY State Parks reservation portal. You will not be able to access the group rate there.
