Pay By Mail
Step 1. Make your check or money order payable to KSA.
Step 2. Be sure to write your name in the memo line or enclose a note with your name and if a Family Registration, the names of family members, covered by your payment.
Step 3. Donations are always welcome; so feel free to include a donation in addition to your conference registration.
Step 4. Mail your check or money order to:

Frankfort, KY 40602.
Be sure to allow time for your mailed payment to reach KSA before the Conference.

Note: Membership Dues, Directory Listings, and Conference Registrations may all be paid through the same shopping cart. To make a Donation to KSA, you will need to go to Support KSA and conduct an individual PayPal transaction.

A written refund request must be received by October 21st, and 50% of your registration will be returned on receipt of such notice.
