·         Opportunity to apply KSA Member mini-grants

KSA offers a matching mini-grant program to help members fund storytelling projects. For questions or other assistance, contact grants@kystory.org

 

·       Receive "Storyteller Wanted" notices

Receiving Teller Wanted notices is an optional KSA Member benefit. When an event planner contacts KSA looking for a storyteller, every person on the Teller Wanted list receives a notice with contact information for the event planner. Tell KSA you want to be on the Teller Wanted list when you join, or contact roster@kystory.org to be added to, or removed from, the Teller Wanted list.

·       Receive member discount rates for the Kentucky Storytelling Conference 

Family Memberships are eligible for the Family Pre-registration rates, or individual members in a Family Membership may pre-register at Individual KSA Member Pre-registration rates. Organization/Institution Memberships may register individuals from their organization/institution at the KSA Member Pre-registration rates.

·     Opportunity to purchase a listing in the KSA Directory of Storytellers

KSA members may purchase a listing in the KSA Directory of Storytellers for $20 per year. Individuals affiliated with an Organizational/Institutional KSA membership need a letter from the organization/institution verifying their affiliation to purchase a listing. ·     Opportunity to purchase KSA Gift Memberships

KSA members receive a $10 discount on the purchase of gift memberships for new KSA members. To purchase a Gift Membership, click here.

Who May Join? 
KSA Membership is open to everyone. Payment of dues is the only membership requirement.

Dues 

• Regular Individual: $25 per year
• Elders over 65: $20 per year
• Students: $15 per year
• Family (to include all members of one family, living in the same household, or members supported by family away attending school): $50 per year
• Institution/Organization: $60 per year
