Kentucky Youth Storytelling Showcase uses the same judging guidelines as the National Youth Storytelling Showcase with one exception. Storytelling Ambassadorship (40 points) is judged only at the National Level. We’ve included information on Storytelling Ambassadorship in the guidelines so you will know the expectations at the National Youth Storytelling Showcase level. Kentucky Youth Storytelling Showcase applicants are judged on the sixty points allocated to Storytelling Talent. If you create a local contest, we encourage you to use these same scoring guidelines in your local competition.
