Step 1. Make your check or money order payable to KSA.

Step 2. Choose the appropriate amount from this list: Regular Individual: $15; Student: $5; Elder over 65: $10; Family: $40; Institution/Organization: $50.If you are purchasing more than one gift, don’t forget to multiply the amount by the number of gifts to enclose the correct payment.

Step 3. Be sure to write the new KSA member's name in the memo line.Enclose a list as needed.

Step 4. Donations are always welcome; so feel free to include a donation in addition to your gift membership payment.

Step 5. Mail your check or money order to:
KSA, P O Box 4148, Frankfort, KY 40604-4148.
