Submit Your Event to the KSA Calendar

At least a month of lead time will help our volunteer Calendar Editor list your event.

Calendar Requirements:

  1. Event must be open to the public.
  2. If virtual, event listing must include the Zoom link.
  3. Event must be located/hosted in Kentucky or adjoining states (Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, or Tennessee.)
  4. Inclusion is subject to editorial approval.
  5. Do not submit any event more than a year in advance!

Please format your event listing like these examples, and paste it in the box provided (maximum length – 75 words)
