Add Your Event to the KSA Calendar

Calendar information is posted monthly. To be sure your event will be included, submit your listing by the 1st of the month before your event. For example: For June programs, submit information by May 1.

Calendar Requirements:

Event must be open to the public.
Event must be located in Kentucky or adjoining states (Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, or Tennessee.)
Inclusion is subject to editorial approval.
If you do not include all required information, we cannot process your request.

There are three ways to submit your Event to The KSA Calendar:

2. Email: calendar@kystory.org

3. Use the online form below to submit your event to the KSA Calendar.
