Step 1. Make your check or money order payable to KSA.
Step 2.

Step 3. Be sure to write your name in the memo line.
Step 4. Donations are always welcome; so feel free to include a donation in addition to your conference registration.
Step 5. Mail your check or money order to:
KSA, P O Box 4148, Frankfort, KY 40604-4148.
Be sure to allow time for your mailed payment to reach KSA before the Conference.
Online – credit/debit card payments accepted through PayPal
Note: Membership Dues, Directory Listings, and Conference Registrations may all
be paid through the same shopping cart. To make a Donation to KSA, you will
need to go to the
Support KSA page and conduct an individual PayPal
transaction.

Refund Policy
A written refund request must be received by October 29th, and 50% of your registration will be returned on receipt of such notice. If you register for the in-person event and the conference changes to 100% virtual, you will be contacted about your ability to access the virtual conference. If virtual access is not possible for you, your registration will be fully refunded.
