About Open Mics: All are welcome to tell a story -maximum length 7 minutes, so if your story is longer, tell an excerpt and folks can ask you about the rest later!

 

Friday, November 1

1:00-4:45 Pre-Conference, Jesse Stuart Experience 2.25

Transportation is provided. You'll start at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park. You'll visit Stuart's home, his statue, and the Jesse Stuart Foundation. Then, you'll return to Greenbo.

 

4:00 -- Greenbo State Park Lodge restaurant open for dinner until 7 p.m.

 

All Conference events take place in the lower level.

6:00-7:00 Registration - Downstairs Lobby

7:00-9:00 Evening Storytelling Event, Carter Room 2

Stories told by our Featured Teller Octavia Sexton, plus Open Mic.

Appropriate for middle school ages -- adults.
