Step 1. Make your check or money order payable to KSA.

Step 2. Be sure to write your name in the memo line or enclose a note with your name and the names of all others (family members or Plus 1) covered by your payment.
Step 3. Donations are always welcome; so feel free to include a donation in addition to your conference registration.
Step 4. Mail your check or money order to:
KSA, P O Box 4148, Frankfort, KY 40604-4148.
Be sure to allow time for your mailed payment to reach KSA before the Conference.

Note: Membership Dues, Directory Listings, and Conference Registrations may all
be paid through the same shopping cart. To make a Donation to KSA, you will

transaction.

and follow the directions in PayPal to complete your online payment. To pay for a "Plus 1" at your KSA Member rate, increase the Registration quantity in your Cart to 2.
Refund Policy
A written refund request must be received by October 21st, and 50% of your registration will be returned on receipt of such notice. If you register for the in-person event and the conference changes to 100% virtual, you will be contacted about your ability to access the virtual conference. If virtual access is not possible for you, your registration will be fully refunded.
